Seasonal Store Manager

The Seasonal Store Manager role is onsite in Erie, PA. Compensation is $16.50–$18.50 per hour. The manager leads seasonal Hickory Farms retail operations, supporting the company’s seasonal sales of specialty food gifts and charcuterie. This role exists to run one or more seasonal locations effectively by leading staff, meeting sales goals, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, and delivering a strong customer experience.

What you'll do

• Lead daily operations across assigned seasonal retail locations, including staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
• recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach Sales Associates
• work toward sales and performance targets
• ensure customer engagement and company policy compliance
• report performance and employee-relations issues
• report workplace injuries
• complete training and operational duties.
