What you'll do

• Review and document OCS observations, insights, lessons learned, and best practices
• coordinate and lead interviews with leaders and staff
• prepare, conduct, and analyze targeted surveys
• evaluate quarterly trends and recommend potential DOTMLPF-P solutions
• identify trends relevant to the Joint community and submit approved items through JLLIS
• develop learning demands and essential elements of analysis.
