What you'll do

• Compare shipments with order sheets and invoices
• inspect quantity, price, quality, size, count, weight, and expiration dates
• fill and deliver food requisitions to outlets
• assist with inventory and end-of-month physical inventory
• receive and rotate orders using HACCP procedures
• report discrepancies
• maintain cleanliness in coolers, freezer, dry storage, and receiving areas
• deliver food and beverage items to guest floors as directed.
