What you'll do

• Determine parts needs and specify parts
• create and modify purchase orders and send them to vendors
• help technicians look up and quote parts
• record warranty returns
• organize, pull, and stock inventory
• create and track special orders and notify relevant staff or clients when parts arrive
• process and close invoices
• compare invoices with requisitions
• maintain records of purchases and parts issued
• conduct ongoing inventory
• attend weekly department meetings.
