What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, and manage Solutions Architects
• lead architecture reviews, deployment escalations, and root-cause analysis
• own regional account coverage and escalation paths
• partner with Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, and Support
• create reference architectures, Terraform and Helm assets, runbooks, and enablement
• deliver and coach technical workshops and demos
• provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
