What you'll do

• Develop IT and information systems infrastructure design and strategic plans
• lead IT department personnel
• design, install, monitor, manage, and troubleshoot WAN and LAN networks
• oversee hardware, software, phone, security, connectivity, and cellular systems
• implement user security education
• develop and review department budgets
• evaluate infrastructure and applications
• manage user training and orientation
• schedule upgrades and security backups
• maintain technology inventory
• collaborate with executive and management teams
• research and implement systems
• prepare hardware for secure disposal
• work with vendors
• provide troubleshooting support
• provide technical training to end users.
