What you'll do

• Lead and assign SOC analyst work for incident report acceptance and coordination
• receive, review, document, and coordinate suspicious activity and potential incident reports
• monitor approved communication channels
• record and update incident information in tracking systems
• refer potential incidents to appropriate parties
• coordinate handling across SOC functions
• maintain incident documentation and escalate issues according to procedures
• support required incident reporting and verify records are complete for closure.
