What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and silverware
• maintain dish-area order and safety
• monitor temperatures and chemical levels
• clean kitchen floors and food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and help load and unload products.
