What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and buildings and schedule repairs
• supervise residence desk, canteen, laundry, and janitorial staff
• transport beneficiaries to approved functions and provide driving services as required
• monitor beneficiary activities, medication processes, meetings, and testing when requested
• provide recreational programming
• lead 12-step meetings, groups, and orientation as required
• conduct evening security rounds
• maintain records and safety procedures.
