ABA Program Manager (MA Required) in Poway, CA. This is an onsite position with a salary of $26 - $32 per hour. Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders.

What you'll do

• Serves as the onsite case supervisor and leader.
• Develops and oversees clinical programs.
• Supervises BIs and provides education and training for client caregivers.
• Drives 30-60 miles daily.
• Supervises client sessions between 8AM-6PM on weekdays and occasionally on weekends.

Master's degree

Experience

Completed Masters degree in relevant field. Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
