The manager oversees audits, investigations, corrective actions, and training while promoting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS), monitor QMS performance, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), manage customer quality concerns, conduct internal audits, develop and maintain safety programs, serve as OSHA subject matter expert, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and develop safety training programs.
