Client Services Intern — Summer Internship

The Client Services Intern — Summer Internship role is onsite in Pittsford, NY, five days per week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; remote and hybrid work are not available. Compensation is not specified. Paylocity’s Client Services team supports clients after implementation throughout their relationship with the company. During the 12-week summer experience, the intern supports client inquiries and casework, documents interactions, and collaborates with Account Managers and other teams. The internship provides hands-on exposure to client service operations and a project aligned with team goals.

What you'll do

• Communicate with clients by phone and email
• support casework and routine requests
• investigate and resolve client cases
• assist with case routing and workload assignment
• complete project returns and processing cleanup
• document client interactions and resolutions
• collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional partners to escalate complex issues.
