Business Development Manager

The manager will lead contract negotiations and collaborate with internal teams to expand market share.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within restoration, mitigation, and construction markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and commercial clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support growth initiatives.
• Manage pipeline and track activity using CRM tools.
• Support client onboarding and ensure strong customer experience.
