What you'll do

• Create developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• maintain a safe, welcoming, organized classroom
• encourage independence through positive guidance and routines
• observe and document developmental progress
• build relationships with children and families
• collaborate with teachers and school leadership
• maintain classroom and licensing records
• follow MSDE and OCC standards.
