The UPS Store Retail Associate - PM Shift role is onsite in Austin, TX, at the Bee Cave location. Compensation is $17 per hour. The associate supports customer service and package, printing, and related store services. The role helps customers complete shipping and other service needs by processing packages, operating store equipment and point-of-sale devices, and learning the store’s products and service options. Weekend shifts are required, with afternoon shifts available from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM and weekend shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What you'll do

• Serve walk-in customers and answer telephone inquiries
• receive and process packages for courier shipment
• operate copiers, fax machines, binding and laminating equipment, and point-of-sale devices
• learn product and service offerings
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• may complete Notary certification and provide notary services.
