The Engineering Manager, Fleet Engineering role is onsite in Livingston, NJ. The base salary range is $165,000–$242,000 per year. CoreWeave’s Fleet Engineering organization manages the lifecycle of servers across its cloud infrastructure. The manager leads a full-stack team building tools and services for hardware workflows, technician repairs, and fleet inventory. The role owns delivery and technical direction, develops the team, and improves the reliability and efficiency of fleet operations through software and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

• Lead hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance management
• gather and refine requirements, define scope, and set release cadences
• drive reliability and performance through observability, incident response, runbooks, and automated remediation
• maintain and improve products using user feedback
• lead new product development
• guide design and architecture reviews
• partner with Fleet Engineering teams and operations leadership on APIs, data sources, and dependencies.
