What you'll do

• Represent employers in litigation and counseling on wage-and-hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave, accommodations, agreements, and personnel policies
• handle class action and individual claims, including PAGA matters
• draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
• advise clients and manage relationships
• collaborate with partners and team members.
