What you'll do

• Oversee daily instruction, curriculum development, scheduling, and class assignments
• support instruction with feedback as needed
• assist with hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, equipment inventory, and guest feedback
• monitor instructor performance
• follow laws, regulations, policies, and safety programs
• coordinate with management, departments, and third parties
• participate in leadership forums and continuous improvement.
