What you'll do

• Maintain NetSuite data integrity
• administer NetSuite with third-party support
• manage accounting periods
• update chart-of-account and item codes
• prepare and enter month-end journal entries
• review account activity and financial statements
• reconcile ledger accounts
• back up asset, lease, and loan subledger processes
• administer user roles and access
• update searches and reports
• coordinate system updates and custom changes
• troubleshoot errors and coordinate support tickets
• guide new users
• maintain mapping from the legacy lease management system to NetSuite.
