What you'll do

• Clean, mop, sweep, and dust kitchen and dining areas
• remove garbage and trash
• assist residents with seating
• greet residents and take and serve meal selections
• set and reset tables
• complete side work such as folding napkins, stocking and cleaning the wait station, and refilling condiments
• explain menu items and preparation methods
• account for prescribed dietary needs
• garnish meals
• report needed equipment and supplies
• follow equipment, cleaning, and safety standards.
