What you'll do

• Review work of accounting and payroll staff
• prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
• manage month-end close and financial reporting
• conduct general ledger and benefits reconciliations
• maintain audit schedules
• oversee payroll tax reconciliation and filings
• ensure W-2 reconciliation and filing
• maintain accounting data integrity and controls
• supervise the Payroll Supervisor and Staff Accountant.
