What you'll do

• Ensure timely consolidated and subsidiary financial statement filings
• prepare or oversee periodic financial statements and supporting documents
• ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and applicable requirements
• prepare footnote disclosures and tie out statements
• verify consolidation of entries and accounts
• advise management on reporting changes
• support internal and external audits
• maintain effective internal controls
• prepare or review schedules, journal entries, and reconciliations
• assist with close and monthly finance reviews.
