The Head Strength & Conditioning Coach role is onsite in Lincolnshire, IL, with annual compensation of $55,000–$75,000 or more, including base salary, coaching responsibilities, personal training opportunities, and performance-based bonuses. D1 Training Lincolnshire is building a new training facility and coaching culture. The head coach leads training and athlete development while developing coaching staff and overseeing personal training operations. The role also supports member engagement, retention, and business growth through consistent coaching quality and a strong training experience.

What you'll do

• Lead group training for youth athletes, adults, and teams
• conduct assessments and goal-setting consultations
• provide individualized coaching as needed
• recruit, onboard, and develop coaching staff
• lead coach meetings and evaluate performance
• manage coach scheduling
• oversee personal training operations and service quality
• track member engagement, attendance, and retention
• support trial workouts, onboarding, camps, combines, and community outreach.
