The Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Internship is an onsite, full-time opportunity in Glen Allen, VA, with assignments in Virginia markets. Pay is $20 per hour. Thalhimer’s 10-week program introduces interns to commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and investment and development. The internship provides guided project work and learning across commercial real estate disciplines. Interns gather market data, research properties and businesses, support marketing to tenants and landlords, and synthesize what they learn in a capstone presentation.
