The People Partner (NAM) is an onsite role based in Saint Paul, MN. The base pay range is $80,000 to $120,000 per year. This position supports the Business Unit (BU) leadership at GEA Group, a global leader in engineering solutions. The role exists to act as a primary partner for BU leadership, translating divisional People priorities into BU-specific plans that directly enable growth, performance, and operational targets. The People Partner supports BU leaders in all people- and organization-related aspects of day-to-day business and strategic projects.

What you'll do

• Translates divisional strategy into a concrete BU People roadmap.
• Advises the BU Head and leadership team on structure, roles, capabilities, leadership, culture, and change.
• Shapes and optimizes BU structures.
• Acts as a trusted advisor in portfolio, performance, and capability trade-off decisions.
• Leads operational workforce and skills planning.
• Orchestrates the end-to-end hiring process.
• Drives Talent and Performance Management cycles.
• Supports the design and implementation of BU-specific change and culture initiatives.
