The director plans and supervises retail dining operations, guides staff, maintains cash controls and payroll records, and supports customer satisfaction and safe, efficient service. The role contributes to consistent retail service and food presentation through staff training, reporting, and adherence to company policies.

What you'll do

• Plan and supervise special functions
• maintain cash controls and payroll records
• oversee hiring and training of hourly team members
• direct staff in scheduled retail services
• train staff in customer service, portioning, cashier skills, safety, and sanitation
• complete required reports
• communicate with team members, patients, and families
