Case Manager, DRC

The Case Manager, DRC is an onsite role in North Brunswick, NJ. Pay is $21 per hour. The position supports GEO Reentry Services’ community reentry and rehabilitation programs and helps ensure program and criminal-justice requirements are met.

What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of supervised participants
• meet with participants at least weekly
• monitor progress and program attendance
• conduct risk and needs assessments and develop individual treatment plans
• document progress
• explain program rules and schedules
• monitor required counseling
• report violations
• prepare discharge or continuing-care plans
• and provide program status documentation for agency or court review.
