Residential Property Management Operations Manager

The Residential Property Management Operations Manager role is onsite in Cedar City, UT. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour. Prestige Realty is a locally owned real estate brokerage and property management company serving Southern Utah and managing a portfolio of approximately 200 residential units. The role coordinates daily portfolio operations so residents and clients receive organized, responsive service. It manages leasing and resident transitions, oversees maintenance follow-through, and keeps property records and deadlines on track with administrative and bookkeeping support.

What you'll do

• Coordinate leasing, showings, applications, lease preparation, and renewals
• manage move-in and move-out processes, inspections, and deposit documentation
• oversee maintenance requests and vendor coordination
• coordinate property inspections
• maintain accurate property records with administrative and bookkeeping support
• monitor deadlines and resolve problems proactively.
