What you'll do

• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Sales
• gather and document requirements, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• support backlog refinement, demonstrations, releases, and the D365 project lifecycle
• identify CRM data-quality and governance improvements
• coordinate user acceptance testing and defect validation
• deliver functional demonstrations, training, and change communications
• monitor adoption and data-quality measures.
