What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify service needs
• estimate costs and completion times
• settle customer accounts
• communicate work status
• coordinate repair work
• obtain written approval for repair orders and add-on sales
• inspect completed repair orders for completion, pricing, and legibility
• document order changes
• answer calls
• address customer concerns and follow-up issues
• support records, inventory, promotions, and safety and environmental practices.
