What you'll do

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silverware as assigned
• maintain chemical levels and temperatures according to standards
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop kitchen floors
• clean food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and assist with loading and unloading.
