What you'll do

• Oversee SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• advise on earnings communications, Section 16, insider trading, and NYSE requirements
• lead Board and committee governance processes and annual shareholder meeting legal work
• and advise on mergers and acquisitions and finance matters.
