What you'll do

• prepare and submit title applications, lien notations, and registration documents to the Texas DMV
• coordinate with lenders on titles, payoffs, and electronic transfers
• verify deal jackets
• track pending or rejected paperwork
• maintain digital and physical files
• answer customer title and registration questions
• handle plates and related paperwork
• support the office manager and finance and insurance department.
