What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
• document diagnostics in ServiceTitan
• explain service options to homeowners
• service heat pumps, air handlers, compressors, condensers, and ductless units
• perform refrigerant and airflow tests, locate leaks, replace motors, and install control systems
• maintain truck, tools, and inventory
• participate in the on-call rotation, meetings, technical training, and safety sessions.
