The CNC Machine Operator – Weekend Night Shift role is onsite in Erie, PA. Compensation is not specified. Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts and assemblies for commercial, defense, and general aviation customers. The operator sets up and runs CNC equipment to produce precision parts that meet customer and quality requirements. The role supports production deadlines by operating machines, inspecting completed parts, maintaining quality standards, and reporting operational issues.

What you'll do

• Load parts and operate lathes, mills, and/or EDM machines
• maintain continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations
• make minor CNC program edits and replace tooling as needed
• inspect completed parts using measurement tools
• follow the Quality Management System
• document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor
• maintain effective working relationships.
