The Personal Trainer role is onsite at a single assigned club in Virginia Beach, VA, and The trainer works under the Personal Training Director to deliver the club’s personal training services. The role exists to help members set goals, build consistency, and make measurable fitness progress through individualized coaching and accountability. It also supports client enrollment, retention, and personal training business growth.

What you'll do

• Deliver training sessions consistent with company programming standards
• create and adjust individualized programs
• evaluate client progress
• maintain communication and accountability
• conduct monthly results reviews
• lead kickoff sessions and consultations
• build a client base and generate referrals
• re-engage at-risk clients
• maintain client records and required certifications
• support cleanliness and facility standards.
