What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and follow recipes and menu specifications
• cook or assist with cooking and monitor food quality and temperature
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• restock supplies and monitor inventory
• coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• and follow established cooking, portion, presentation, allergen, and dietary-restriction procedures.
