What you'll do

• Coordinate catering staff schedules and determine workload from catering orders.
• Meet with function leaders about setup and changes, address customer concerns, instruct staff, and help set up rooms.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies, serve food and beverages, return equipment, and maintain food presentation, portion control, temperatures, sanitation, and orderliness.
