What you'll do

• Lead daily field activities
• lay out, fabricate, assemble, and install commercial and industrial ductwork
• install HVAC equipment and sheet-metal systems
• read plans and specifications
• coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and priorities
• identify field conflicts
• maintain quality and safe jobsites
• mentor apprentices
• coordinate with project managers, customers, and other trades
• communicate project status.
