The Director of Compliance role is an onsite, full-time position in Columbus, OH; The role supports Luminary Hospice’s mission to provide personalized, compassionate care and preserve dignity for patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey. The Director leads the organization-wide compliance program to support lawful, ethical, and accountable operations. Through regulatory oversight, audits, policy governance, training, investigations, and reporting, the role helps identify risks and sustain compliance across the agency.

What you'll do

• Lead development, execution, and evaluation of the compliance program
• identify regulatory, operational, and clinical risks and develop mitigation plans
• oversee compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state hospice regulations, CHAP standards, HIPAA, and applicable requirements
• maintain survey readiness
• oversee audit and inquiry responses
• conduct internal audits
• develop and update policies
• oversee compliance training
• manage compliance concerns and investigations
• monitor corrective action plans
• report compliance metrics to senior leadership
• lead compliance-related personnel.
