The Residential Counselor, MAP role is onsite in Attleboro, MA, working 40 hours Tuesday through Friday from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.; compensation is $20–$23 per year as listed. The counselor provides rehabilitative support to adults in group living environments, helping residents build daily-living skills and participate in the community. The role supports residents’ independence through treatment-plan implementation, medication support under MAP guidelines, advocacy, and a safe home environment.

What you'll do

• Teach activities of daily living and socialization skills
• implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance
• administer or supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care
• transport residents to appointments and community activities
• advocate for residents and model healthy coping strategies
• maintain a safe, clean home and complete documentation.
