What you'll do

• Clean and prepare assigned occupied, departure, and arrival rooms and suites
• make beds and replace linens
• sanitize bathrooms and clean floors and surfaces
• replenish towels, toiletries, and supplies
• remove trash and transport soiled linens
• check room readiness
• provide turndown service and assist with assigned deep cleaning
• respond to guest requests
• follow privacy, room-entry, key-security, safety, and cleaning procedures
• report maintenance needs and hazards
• maintain organized carts and service areas
• communicate room status and supply needs
• collaborate with Housemen, Laundry, Engineering, Front Office, and other departments.
