What you'll do

• Provide functional support for enterprise applications, reporting platforms, ETL tools, and related systems
• respond to user questions and troubleshoot issues
• document requirements, process flows, and enhancement requests
• coordinate issue resolution with technical staff and vendors
• assist with testing fixes, upgrades, reports, dashboards, and workflows
• create user documentation and training materials
• support reporting users
• assist with user access and onboarding/offboarding
• back up data management support as described.
