What you'll do

• Represent employers in employment litigation
• advise on labor and employment issues
• draft and negotiate employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements
• counsel on wage-and-hour matters, leaves, policies, and handbooks
• support employment compliance and risk management
• advise on labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions
• conduct legal research and prepare written work product
• collaborate with clients and colleagues on practical solutions.

Why this role
