What you'll do

• Lead daily HVAC service and installation operations
• manage and develop technicians, installers, and supervisors
• oversee scheduling, workload forecasting, staffing, and installation coordination
• resolve customer concerns
• monitor performance and financial metrics
• support recruiting, onboarding, and training
• oversee warehouse, inventory, equipment ordering, and ductwork fabrication
• coordinate fleet maintenance
• assist with budgets, payroll, reviews, and reporting
• and work with the President/General Manager on strategy.
