What you'll do

• Maintain, calibrate, and upgrade high-speed digital imaging cameras, optical diagnostics, and infrared cameras
• lead diagnostic setup, optical alignment, laser safety coordination, and camera synchronization
• develop and integrate optical configurations
• coordinate ingestion, analysis, reduction, and archiving of video datasets
• collaborate with test operations, facility engineers, and government representatives
• enforce safety protocols
• prepare technical reports, procedures, schematics, and checklists
• identify opportunities to improve diagnostic capabilities and automate image analysis.
