Smokehouse Unloader – 2nd Shift and Overnight

The Smokehouse Unloader – 2nd Shift and Overnight role is onsite in Minong, WI. Pay is $20.50 per hour for either listed shift. The role supports Link Snacks’ production of meat snacks. The unloader removes product from smokehouse ovens and helps meet production goals while maintaining product specifications, food safety, and workplace safety. The position also supports inspection, labeling, records, and an orderly production area.

What you'll do

• Follow the daily production schedule and goals
• unload product from smokehouse ovens
• ensure product meets specifications and minimize rework or inedible product
• perform production and inspection procedures as directed
• complete required paperwork
• maintain a safe, clean, organized work area
• report accidents and deficiencies
• ensure safety devices function
• follow OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation procedures
• label and identify products and maintain FIFO records.
