What you'll do

• Coordinate and schedule provider appointments, labs, diagnostics, procedures, treatments, and follow-up visits
• collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments
• schedule according to provider availability and patient preferences
• complete documentation supporting treatment and procedure pre-certifications
• manage complex requests under physician or clinical staff direction
• provide customer service while maintaining scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
