What you'll do

• Develop relationships with owners, industry partners, and decision-makers
• identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities
• lead pursuit strategy and coordinate cross-functional responses
• prepare internal teams for client presentations and interviews
• lead and mentor a small team
• maintain pipeline information and contribute to forecasting
• monitor market trends, projects, and competitor activity
• communicate market insights to leadership
• represent the company at community and industry events.
