The Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Bowling Green, KY, with compensation of $17–$17.75 per hour. The position supports the Bowling Green Crowne Plaza and Atrium Hospitality’s guest experience. The technician maintains hotel facilities and equipment so guest and associate spaces remain safe and operational. Work includes preventive maintenance, work orders, minor system repairs, pool upkeep, and grounds tasks.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, including guest room care
• complete and document guest and associate work orders
• troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• maintain and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment
• perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal
• operate and maintain hand and power tools.
